An Anti-Ragging Committee (ARC) constitution involves the Principal as Chair, with members from faculty, non-teaching staff, and students, responsible for creating awareness, preventing ragging through vigilance (with help from an Anti-Ragging Squad), investigating complaints, recommending punishments (suspension, fine, etc.), and ensuring UGC regulations are followed, aiming for a ragging-free campus with confidentiality for complainants
