Call for papers
IBMR Wakad invites researchers, corporate entities, academicians and students to present their original and unpublished work of the research papers/articles in the second issue of “IBMR- Wakad’s Journal of Management Research” with ISSN 2349-8722. Authors are welcome to submit their papers presenting original research result that are not, have not, and will not be under consideration for other Seminar or journal publication . Contributions previously published, those under consideration by another Seminar or journals, and those with a pre-existing copyright may not be submitted for review and consideration. Plagiarism and self-plagiarism are strictly prohibited. In order to protect intellectual property rights of others and also the authors’ own academic reputation, we advise adherence to publication ethics.

Preparation of the manuscripts
The full manuscripts should be prepared in following style:
- Paper title: Times New Roman, Bold, Capital Letters, 14pt, centered.
- Authors’ names and affiliations: centered, italic, separated from the title by one empty line with mail and E-mail addresses.
- Fonts of the body text, abstracts, and subtitles: Times New Roman, Normal, 12 pt, Single line spacing.
- Margins: top and left 30 mm, right and bottom 25 mm.
- Size: Not exceeding 10 pages A4 format (figures and tables included) please ensure that your paper is ready to go to press by the submission deadline.
All accepted manuscripts, artwork, and photographs become the property of the publisher. All parts of the manuscript should be typewritten, double-spaced, with margins of at least one inch on all sides.
Manuscript pages should be numbered consecutively throughout the paper. Authors should also supply a shortened version of the title suitable for the running head, not exceeding 50 character spaces. Each article should be summarized in an abstract of not more that 100 words. Avoid abbreviations, diagrams, and reference to the text.
Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce copyrighted material from other sources and are required to sign an agreement for the transfer of copyright to the publisher. As an author, you are required to secure permission if you want to reproduce any figure, table, or extract from the text of another source. This applies to direct reproduction as well as “derivative reproduction” (where you have created a new figure or table which derives substantially from a copyrighted source).
Manuscript Length:
No limit on manuscript length as long as it is justified.
Tables and Figures:
Tables and figures should not be embedded in the text, but should be included as separate files. A short descriptive title should appear above each table with a clear legend and any footnotes suitably identified below. All units must be included. Figures should be completely labeled, taking into account necessary size reduction. Captions should be in the manuscript text file
References:
References should follow the Chicago Manual of Style, should be listed on separate pages following the text, typed double-spaced, and should refer only to material cited in the manuscript. In text, reference citations should include author and year of publication. References should include names of all contributing authors (last names first); title of article; title of journal or book; volume number; location and name of publishing company (books only); inclusive pages; year of publication. Examples:
Journal:

Book:
Draper, N. R., and Smity, H. 1981. Applied Regression Analysis (2nd wdition). New York: John Wiley.
Proofs :
The corresponding author will receive proofs, which should be proofread and returned within 48 hours of receipt. Corrections are limited to printer errors-no substantial changes will be made by the author at this stage.
